Law Of Fight Night

1. Basics
-1.a- Each round has a length of two (2) minutes.
-1.b- Each fight goes no longer than eight (8) rounds.
-1.c- There will be a one or two minute break between rounds for water and any stitching up that needs to be done.

2. Rules
-2.a- No hitting below the belt or to the back.
-2.b- Round stops only when a competitor falls or has too much blood.
-3.c- Holding is not allowed.

3. The Decision
-3.a- If a competitor falls for a thrid (3) time in a round, they have lost.
-3.b- If a competitor falls and does not get to his feet in ten (10) seconds, they have lost.
-3.c- If A competitor states "I quit," they have lost.
-3.d- A third (3) low blow or cheap shot will result in a disqualification.
-3.e- If a referee feels the need to end a fight before a serious injury occurs, he has the authority to do so.
-3.f- If two competitors have completed all eight rounds and a winner hasn't been decided by Knockout or Technical Knockout, a small panel of judges will congregate and vote on a decision as to who will be named the winner.

4. Knockout and Technical Knockout
-4.a- If a competitor falls for a thrid (3) time in a round, the fight is ruled a Technical Knockout (TKO)
-4.b- If a competitor falls and does not get to his feet in ten (10) seconds, the fight is ruled a Technical Knockout (TKO).
-4.c- If A competitor states "I quit," the fight is ruled a Knockout (KO).
-4.d- If a referee feels the need to end a fight before a serious injury occurs, the fight is ruled a Knockout (KO)
